Organizational assessment helps you design and implement effective programs that enable you begin to develop a high performance workplace or enhance your existing performance levels.
Workplace assessments help you better understand the opinions, needs, desires, and attitudes of your workers. They help determine the current state of your organization, establish a baseline for future assessment, and enable the pinpointing of organizational strengths and opportunities for growth.
CALMC will work with you to develop a unique assessment instrument. Our experience in conducting assessments in many organizations has helped us develop an item bank of proven questions. We will work with you to select the items you want from this bank and develop ones for your specific interests.
Workplace assessments can include questions from a specific area or a variety of areas such as:
or other areas that you choose.
Assessments can consist of written instruments completed by all employees of a sample of employees, and/or interviews conducted with randomly selected staff.
CALMC assessment services include preparation of the assessment instrument, administration of the assessment, analysis of assessment data, preparation of a complete written analysis report, and presentation of results to participants in the format you desire.
Remember - as a not-for-profit organization, CALMC can deliver these services at a fraction of the cost of private consultants.
