Neutral Facilitation for Teams

The effectiveness of a team is directly related to the effectiveness of its facilitators.

Good facilitation is not easy. It requires knowledge of tools designed to help teams be productive, an ability to apply relevant tools, good communications skills, consensus building, and leadership.

Team members often find it difficult to facilitate meetings, since they want (and need) to be involved and share their ideas.

CALMC provides neutral, third-party facilitation for teams, committees, and meetings. This service helps meetings be more effective and produce desirable outcomes.

CALMC recommends neutral facilitation for meetings, especially for beginning teams and committees. We are happy to be able to provide this service at a reasonable cost.

 The safety committee at Hamilton Tanks has been involved in helping reduce workplace accidents. As a result, the company no longer pays penalty premiums and workers are in a safer environment. The committee participated in CALMC's Safety Always program under the facilitation of Columbus Area Labor-Management Committee.
