The Columbus Area Labor-Management Committee works to preserve jobs in Ohio.
Columbus Area Labor-Management Committee is a neutral third party. We bring employers and employees together to identify the unique needs of their organization in order to encourage innovation and competitiveness.
Since 1986, CALMC has worked with public and private sector employers and employees to help them achieve their mutual goals.
By working together, employers, employees, and unions can develop strategies to strengthen world-class businesses in Ohio.
CALMC provides training, assessment, and facilitation to support team development.
Our service focus (not profit focus) permits low-cost, high value support for all organizations, from the smallest start-up to the largest organizations.
Our flexibility enables us to respond quickly with collaborative initiatives designed to meet your specific needs.
CALMC provides long-term support to our customers. Most of our customers have been with us several years, demonstrating their satisfaction with CALMC services.
In most cases, CALMC can provide job
preservation services
at no cost to private sector employers.
